Our dedicated team at 1st Call Car Parts boasts over 40 years' experience in the aftermarket parts supply industry. The team have experience within main dealerships, motor factors and accessory stores and have been serving the automotive needs of garages, workshops and the general public in Norfolk since 2004. Our team pride themselves on delivering excellent advice and a friendly service.

Who are we?

Our current team have all been with us for many years and our employees rarely leave after joining. We believe that people are a company’s most important and vital asset. Fast forward to this year and we have five, extremely experienced counter and warehouse employees, backed up by a long serving team of four delivery drivers.

Robert

Director

Robert started in the motor trade working in the parts department of a Ford dealer and joined 1st Call in 2010. Rob moved into senior management in 2024.

Martin

Owner & Director

Martin has been in the business for over 40 years and has learnt the trade from the ground up. He helped launch 1st Call in 2004 and still heads the company today.

George

Teleales / Counter

George joined the business in 2012 starting part time in the warehouse and is now a familiar voice on the phone. He knows our business inside out.

Andy

Teleales / Counter

Andy joined the business in 2018 bringing with him valuable experience from previous motor factor and accessory shop roles.

Ian

Warehouse

Ian started part time as a van driver in 2010. He now oversees the warehouse and supports our telesales and trade counter.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer same day trade delivery around Great Yarmouth and Gorleston. Our in house delivery team will have your parts with you directly.
